TrustMark is the only Government Endorsed ‘find a tradesperson’ scheme.
Trustmark work with industries to aid firms in the delivery of effective and efficient services to consumers in and around their properties.
The TrustMark Scheme was formulated in 2005, in partnership with Government, industry and consumer protection bodies.
TrustMark operates within a Master Licence Agreement issued by the Government’s Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. As the only licensed scheme they work tightly with Government to continuously look for ways to improve consumer protection. Their objective is to achieve a position where consumers can engage businesses with confidence to execute work that is of good quality, protected and at the agreed costs.
Why should you use a TrustMark certificated company?

The company is visited yearly and their legality and trading record is checked.
The quality of the work is assessed on-site, both in the building phase and on completion every 36 months as a minimum.
If a consumer has a problem they can’t solve with the company Trustmark has a process to give assistance with a resolution.
Who uses TrustMark?
TrustMark is expanding and a lot of consumer and trade organisations use or endorse it as the place to go for reputable companies. Organisations include Citizens Advice, National Home Improvement Council, Trading Standards and DIY Doctor.
